Explore the beautiful North Wessex Downs AONB

No matter what the weather, we love travelling around the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The views are spectacular, and there is an abundance of birds and wildlife to appreciate.  It has a special place in horse lover's  hearts as it hosts the Valley of the Racehorse around Lambourn, as well as the Uffington White Horse. 

It is thanks to the support of the Farming in Protected Landscapes scheme that we are on the road. So we would like to highlight their Walking Festival which has 28 guided walks in locations across the Downs.  We will take the Happiness Horsebox to some of these to highlight our service with a cup of tea at the beginning or end of the walk !  See the events page for more details

We are looking forward to using the Happiness Horsebox to work with landowners and venues to enable  more people living with disabilities to visit these beautiful places. Any feedback about which of these walks would be suitable to organise a visit to would be most appreciated. Just a couple of hours in our beautiful countryside could make such a difference to someone else.
