In the UK, 1 in every 5 people who will have a lung condition in their lifetime, and 5.4 million people are living with asthma. Lung disease is now the third most common cause of death, costing the NHS more than £9 billion every year. So this issue needs to be at the top of the health agenda.
World Asthma Day has been set up to build awareness and education about Asthma and other debilitating lung conditions.
From our experience coaching people with breathing difficulties, we understand the importance of supporting them and the importance of access to the peace of the countryside and fresh air.
